Mission
E&E
Developmental Services of North Texas provides services and supports to
individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families
through the Home and Community-based Services (HCS) and Texas Home Living
(TxHmL) Medicaid Waiver Programs.
E&E’s mission to promote independence and community-integration of
the people it serves is achieved by way of individualized and person- directed
programs.

Ashley
Erickson, President
Results-driven leader with over 18 years of experience developing
innovative programs that serve the special-needs and elderly populations.
Deeply committed to improving the lives of individuals with
intellectual/developmental disabilities and the aging population. Proven
ability to provide team leadership, driving performance, program improvement,
quality initiatives and fiscal management of $10+ million budget. Visionary
leader known for ability to win community support, develop key coalitions and
build relationships with a shared sense of purpose. Proficient in American Sign
Language and Spanish.
Shelly
Erwin, Vice-President
Over 20 years experience working in the Home and Community Based
Services Medicaid Waiver Program. Has advocated and worked with persons with
intellectual and developmental disabilities during the 20 year time period.
Enriching lives and positively impacting persons with disabilities has been
Shelly's career focus. Well versed with Medicaid and Social Security
eligibility. Well educated with state and federal rules and statues within the
Home and Community Based Services Medicaid Waiver.
